Well hello there :)

Nutrition

My biggest obstacle in losing weight and becoming toned is my diet. I don’t eat incredibly unhealthy foods, however, I do eat A LOT. I get really hungry for no reason and I get massive cravings sometimes. I have been getting a little better since I started working out more, but now that I am becoming more and more stressed, I have started to eat like crazy. If anyone has any tips for me on how to stop cravings or over eating they are gladly appreciated!

I wasn’t able to go to the gym today because of my stupid biology project and an english test tomorrow, so I will do the last day of the week for Livefit tomorrow after my run! I’m really excited for this run. Not only do I get to start improving my cardio (which currently sucks) but I also get to spend time with a really nice friend who I never see outside of school! Hopefully it will also relax me after such a stressful week :)

Rough.

This week has already been torture with school and drama and just trying to stay alive. Even with all the crap, I’ve made it to the gym every day! I feel so proud because I would always convince myself to not go because I had something else to do, and wouldnt do it anyways. Now I am actually working out and getting my stuff done (kind of). Tomorrow is my last day of Jamie’s Livefit Trainer for the week, and I’ve asked my friend who’s is in track to go for runs with me and help me get better. I’m so excited even though I know it’s going to be difficult at first. But with a running buddy to motivate me, I really think I can get better. I also like the idea of running on my days off from the gym because I don’t do much cardio there, especially because I hate running on treadmills and ellipticals. Running on the street or track is much more efficient and I start sweating instantly; I actually feel like I’ve accomplished something! So basically this week has sucked, but workout out gives me the slightest bit of happiness that keeps me out of my depression.
